Story Clean from sh for a year

I've had intense cravings. At some point I wanted to tear my throat out because of how bad I needed to hurt myself, but I didn't. I've been clean for a year now.

Not exactly celebrating or proud of myself yet. I'll be proud in January when I will be sober for a year.
