Chokeholds seem to be my only method for the future. my question is: will painkillers get rid of (at worst most of) the pain (particularly from headaches) that coincides with methods like hanging, night-night and the like? I dread that pain so much - it feels like it absorbs my soul and gnaws on it as much as living in my sensorially hungry body does. I weigh no more than 52 kg - if you could suggest a dosage with that info in mind that would be great.

unfortunately I won't be able to get access to anything opiod-level. but would Paracetemol at least have a notable positive effect?
Well, its the sensation of blood filling up your head. I don't think the pain can necessarily be prevented but I'm not sure. Paracetamol isn't a very powerful painkiller so maybe not but its good to try.

I think opioid level painkillers would do the job of decreasing the headaches of choking yourself in such a way.

Paracetamol def won't help :) Painkillers don't prevent you from feeling upcoming pain like that. Tho, if you don't press down on your windpipe but your carotid artery, you should pass out in a few seconds instead of choking.

Yes, it is called a chokehold but you are also meant to just press down on the carotid artery or you would have to choke someone like that for quite a few minutes.
