PPEh says 40 x 250mg tablets chloroquine phosphate is a reliably lethal dose and that each 250mg tablet has 150mg of chloroquine base. This would give 6,000mg or only 6 grams!, which seems woefully inadqeuate.
The above SS link gives example of 60 x250mg Resochin tablets, which seems more like it. That would give 9000 or 9g. But still only just over the threshold.
