Could anyone explain where the vents I would need to cover in a car? Would a car be better than a small bathroom? I have been searching for these answers but can not find them.

So I have just paid for x2 of these. Disposable BBQs. Showing Carbon Monoxide warnings. Seen reports in the news of people dying from them. Looking to still do this in my car. Audi A1 Hatchback for context. Will this work?
