CO planning

I need help with CO logistics

I have a small portable charcoal grill and a 16lb bag of charcoal briquettes. Im wondering if i can prepare my car in advanced and let the fumes accumlate overnight instead of preparing everything the day of. Or will there be risks of my car exploding?
