I am ready.
I am preparing SN 25mg in 75ml of water. Two drinks, maybe 3 just in case
- have not eaten anything for 12 hours
-metoclopramide 3x10mg wait 40 minutes
- propranol - I do have it - do you think it is worth taking? When?
Drink and hope for the best.

Any comments or advise pls?

BTW: SN I use is pure 99%, easily available in the EU

You are right in some european countries it's indeed to buy SN easily.

What stopped you all these years

I had some close calls around my private life, I was lucky fewtimes but this time... not really. I knew I needed a backup plan in case things turn shit. So pure luck 3 years ago and 2 years ago. Not today. But I was ready which is a huge relief.

I will try to provide some updates here as long as I can.
I rented a house to be alone, I scheduled an email to be sent in 3 hours to alert people.
propranol was pretty hard to crush but dissolved easily.
Will prepare SN drinks, I bought a small scale to weigh 25g, a small scale used for drugs and jewelery.

Around 1 hour to go

Meto 3x10mg taken, 3x SN drinks ready, was easy to dissolve. 40 minutes to go.

don't feel afraid of backing out if you need to. there's always time.
i hope the lack of benzos doesn't screw you up too much. propranol could essentially work as an anxiolytic (?) unless im mixing up meds which i probably am lol, so that's why i was asking earlier.
