Help Cartoid arteries

I think i found them but im not sure.
When i press them on both sides at the top of my addams apple where the pulsd is the strongst, i get lightheaded my vision starts too blurry but i never seem to pass out. My vision even starts too come back even when i start pressing harder.

Does that mean i didnt find them?

You found them, you can't pass out via your hands, you grow weak as soon as your light headed. Idk where everyone says you can pass out via your own hands, it's a lie Lmao
