Carotid Artery P.H.???♥

Yesterday tried to ctb with ph didn't work, puked blood cuz i was fucked so that's that. I can't seem to hit the carotid right, maybe what Iìm using is too thick. Any advice on how to find it? How to hit it right? Using pants/shirts is good rather than a thick belt? Thanks
