Venting Can't get rid of the awful claustrophobic feeling

I have this awful, trapped, claustrophobic feeling in my chest. I can't get rid of it. The cage I'm trapped in is life itself. Death is the only final escape.

I'm not ready yet. But I need out. Sooner or later. I'm going to have to get out.

Same and my anxiety gets worse like why tf I'm supposed to do in this situation? Immediately suicide comes to mind.
