Can't find suicide site about methods

Hey folks,

There's a site I used to use that had descriptions of various CTB methods and their relative lethality and pain scores, but I can't find it now. It wasn't an official site, just one that some guy had set up himself. Does anyone remember it and have a link? Thanks!
