Venting Can't even be depressed in peace

When you're born in a country that is still shitty even for 3rd world standards , life is already leading you 10 - 0 the moment you're born. I'm not exaggerating, the country is in the top five lowest quality of life, and it is not surprising at all.

So one already has personal problems in their life, but can't even be depressed in peace because you're wondering how much the currency will tank when it's already worth next to nothing, how your future would be when opportunities are limited and entire job markets are non-existent, when the next outburst of violence will be, and on and on. One of the most basic essentials of living, that most don't even think twice about because of the utter normalcy of it, is unavailable The one thing I like is the low life expectancy, but early 50s is still too old.

Sometimes I think what if I were born in another country, not even a good country, just a country that is not actively shitting on its populace. Sure, I'd still be drowning in my problems, but a chunk of anxeties and stress is gone because there is still a system that works, not one that chews you and swallows you into oblivion.

I understand you. In my own case, I feel like I could have done better, but due to my own poor decisions as well as personal and family issues I've literally slept on an old sofa my whole life, and I'll very likely die on it, too.
The economic crisis and the problems in the country where I live also affect daily life things like access to mental healthcare; you even have to spend a lot of money just to go out somewhere nice.

I don't see a future or any hope, let alone the possibility of making progress either financially or personally in the country where I live.
Honestly, I don't care about my own life; as far as I'm concerned, they can donate my organs so others can fulfill their dreams or live a better life.

But I feel sorry for those who are younger than me or in a vulnerable state.

What will become of them?

Will anyone help them?

Where will the fruits of years of study and hard work go?
