Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Depends on how much someone takes and the circumstances. My friend took around 2g and ended up not needing any medical attention (he made himself sick), but he had symptoms. I took around 7g and would have died without methylene blue.

I wonder if all ERs are even familiar with the treatment. My fear is, if I try SN and then immediately regret it, would they know how to treat it?

That's why people need to be 100% certain with SN. It doesn't leave room for regrets. The hospital I was taken to was calling poison control to see how to treat me.

Yes, I want to be certain because it's the only bottle of SN I have. The source I got it from doesn't sell it any more. So once it's open, I run the risk of it going bad.

In my backwards country of Macedonia, there haven't been any ctb via SN at all as of March 2026. Hospitals haven't even heard of SN, let alone having methylene blue in stock. In my country if you take SN, you better be 100% certain of your intent, because once you take it, there is indeed no turning back.

According to the chemical data sheet I saw for SN, activated charcoal can also work against SN, but the most common method is going to be methylene blue. As @Macedonian1987 said though, it's dependent on country and hospital, whether or not they know what you've ingested and whether they know how to cure it. If you're not discovered for a sufficiently long amount of time it'll kill you regardless of if methylene blue or anything else is administered.
