• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Can it actually get better? because it doesnt feel like it can for me anymore.
i keep attempting to get better, trust me i am trying but everytime it starts feeling like it is, it's just a matter of time before it gets bad again
i tried to talk to my partner about it but i keep getting the typical i'm being pessimistic, that i have to actually try to get better. I am trying to! i have been trying for years this has been going on since i can remember
It feels like whenever i reach out i just get told im not doing enough that i should just try harder
i just feel extremely lost
im tired of constantly suffering for other people
i just want to rest

yeah "just try harder" is very frustrating to hear, especially if you hear it from someone who has no cognizance of all the things that you have already tried with no outcome to show for it

I think for a lot or even most people it can. Before doing something permanent, I would encourage you to try everything available. Therapy and medication might be a good place to start. I have heard good things about ketamine therapy.

Take the time and make the effort to heal and if that doesn't work, this will always be here.

Best of luck.

the funny part is that ive tried that already. ive been on a bunch of medication, therapy didnt work (tried multiple therapists, even got ghosted by 2 of them) ive even already been admitted to a psychiatric facility and none of it worked so im kind of at a loss now

from 'natural' stuff to all kinds of drugs that were meant to help and nothing seems to work in my case.
