Can clonazepam be used instead of Oxazepam in SN Attempt? Any one?

Oxazepam is very expensive and mostly remains unavailable here in India. Even when available, only one brand is there for 30mg per tab. So crushing 20 tab + drinking it is dificult for me. Clonazepam is available easily. 1 mg or 2 mg both. Extremely cheap also. I am thinking of substituting 600mg of Oxazepam with 4-5 mg of Clonazepam. What say?

Also I am a chain smoker. Smoking for say last 20+ years and at least 30+ strands a day. So will nicotine also effect SN.
