People who aren't familiar with the dark web are concerned about getting scammed and/or arrested. It's not universally easy. Even innocuous stuff like antiemetics are easy to find in some places and hard to get ahold of elsewhere, so it's no big surprise that it's similar with opioids.

I'd love to have it but for me the process of buying it off the web seems complicated (tails, tor, vpn, bitcoin tumbler, etc.) and then have to worry about purity and possible law enforcement, etc. If i had a friend that knew what to do i'd have used some by now but i can't even ask anyone i know for help. You guys are alot younger and more use to computer stuff. Also i'm not familiar with how to handle and consume it. 254 pounds of it seized in January in a single bust in U.S.

I believe one issue to deal with that other members here have mentioned is that if you have no prior history/tolerance for opioids the first time or first few times you use fent you'll very likely vomit it up.

I don't know enough about opioids to say if taking anti-emetics with them does any good.

Puking is unpleasant of course, but it doesn't change what's in your veins so it won't impact on the fentanyl doing its job.

If you have a high enough dose, you won't have a chance to be sick. Imo it's cheaper and more effective than N. The bit that deters people is that it needs to be injected intravenously. Every junkie by definition learns this skill. It's not hard, but it is intimidating. There's a heroin Megathread that's detailing IV opiates as a method which I think would be useful to check out

I just need to be able to find a reliable seller and to know the purity of it. I guess they are on the dark web or also the regular internet? I agree it's a better method than even N to ctb. Are there also testing kits to determine if it is real?

Truthfully I don't actually know. I always just shot up and gauged it from what I felt. I am sure they exist though?

Yes, you're right. I think that process is not so complicated. If you just wanna buy I think using TOR is good enough and doing a bitcoin wallet is a process fairly easy.
Guess that big trouble is not to be scammed, I think so; but if you acting on a safe way, looking feedbacks and searching info about dealers could have success though.
I did read something about big seized in US, Trump say that F is sent by chinese.....That's good one.

You have to really dig to find anything reputable on the dark web. I've spent years on the dark web trying to find who are scamers and who is legit. I've found some pretty sick things like real hitmen, legit red rooms, real child porn (or cheese pizza or lolitas as they call it)... many other things.

If you want to find a good market for anything illegal then you have to either know someone who follows the sites and their trends of shutting down and opening back up with different domain names to avoid the law. Or you have to spend ended hours researching the trends of the active dark web users. Or you could simply take a gamble and find out if you get scammed.

I know a couple reputable markets, although as of yesterday two have been shut down. I also know just about anything else you would need to know about tyre dark web if your interested. Just pm me and I'll let you know whatever you want.

I cant believe how disgusting and evil humanity is. Look at the amount of "nice looking" convinving sites promising to sell N to people who're desperately trying to die and scamming them with zero prick of conscience. Its unbelievable.

I've wondered the same thing. I think it's in part due to the fact that hard drugs, drugs that are used to get high with are still taboo, and stigmatized by society at large and the author of the PPH doesn't want to delegitimize the right to die movement in the public's eyes. Which is why hard drugs like heroin and fent are discouraged in the PPH. Well that is one possibility.
