Buying a gun sunday

I'm buying a 9mm gun this sunday from a private seller. I was involuntary held recently in a mental hospital for attempted suicide. So a private seller is my only choice. I still have to buy ammo and then plan a time and a date to go through with it. For medical reasons and lack of support my life is going down fast. I need to end it before it gets worse. I have severe derealization disorder. If anyone can give me advice about where on my head i should point the gun. Also if anyone could calm me down with some words saying it will all be over soon...I really need to hear it. I need comfort.

Have you tried taking antipsychotics? I'm pro-choice, but you could just have a treatable psychotic disorder?

I'm sorry. Have you tried Clozeril? It's super strong but supposedly works. Or have you tried stronger anti-psychotics? Sometimes it takes a while to "clear-up" after psychosis, and the good thing is it seems like you realize your psychotic or that something feels wrong... which actually means your recovery may be easier (because psychosis where someone has insight into psychosis is a less severe psychotic state and more likely to be managed).

Did you drugs before this? Did it just randomly happen? You don't have to say...

Im not in psychosis. I have a disassociative disorder. Of which theres no medication or cure. Its called Derealization.

I'm sorry you were held involuntarily. Those places often make everything worse due to dehumanization and poor treatment.

Im sober. It just happened from a traumatic event. I since have lost all of my family and anyone I can rely on. Im super close to be homeless. So this seems like the only way out. Im majorly depressed too.

You know there are so many organizations out there who say "call 988" and "sanctioned-suicide.net is bad!!!" and "we're here to help! call 988!" and really, when people call 988, the only help is being talked to or being locked up and then billed 50 thousand dollars after being treated like shit and dehumanized for 2 weeks...

So many people I've seen on here who end their lives are close to homelessness. It's this thing that's never talked about among the "Just call 988!" crowd. I'm so sorry, this situation is truly awful and I wish we had worldwide UBI (Universal Basic Income) so stuff like this didn't happen. :-(

Sometimes 311 has rental assistance, but you've probably tried 311.
