Help Breaking bad habits w/phone, sleep

But I will ask for advice anyway. I find I'm utterly unwilling to put down my phone and get out of bed. Any advice?

Find something that you love doing and try to prioritise doing that thing over your phone. That's a good start. Maybe clean your house/room. It really helps. Lots of love
