Discussion BPD Pain.

Hello folks, it's nice to be here again.

In this instance I would like to discuss a very vulnerable topic and it's pain.

Pain in relationship, friends, family. How hard it is to deal with this and the constant urges of CTB, how you keep living for others when you don't have more reasons to stay and how BPD worsen the situations with its symptoms.

How do you deal with pain?

I personally deal with the pain by continuously telling myself that things will get better and it very much is possible for me to have a good life. Reading about people with bpd that have gone into remission helps a lot too. It feels impossible at times, but hearing about other people with this disorder improving their life and mental state so much gives me hope.
