Bipolar 1 is hell

Anyone else here have bipolar 1 with psychotic features? It seems like CTB is inevitable even being medicated as I am currently.

yes unfortunately. I've been on such a slew of medications. they even did genetic testing to figure out what would work better I guess, but nada. I feel like my death is inevitable.

But, I have been told by other psychotic b1s like ourselves that the feeling of unavoidable unalterable impending death is a pretty common delusion. maybe there is just a magic slurry of meds out there we both haven't found yet. god speed man, just know you aren't alone.

I feel like I've been misdiagnosed but they put me on Trinza Half yeara injections. Might try that…. I had two psychosis episodes: 1 sleep deprivation psychosis
And 1 from cymbalta and they decided to say I'm bipolar. I'm 50th now and never had trouble before but I had hallucinations on cymbalta.

Also Bipolar I with psychotic features. Had a 3 month manic psychotic episode earlier this year that destroyed me been depressed the 6 months since. Got SN arriving wednesday and gathering my courage for the final goodbye. I don't see how I'd ever come out of this depressive episode.
