Help between SN and complete hanging

I am planning my voluntary death and see the following pros and cons

Full suspension pros:
- effectiveness

Full Suspension Cons:
- Pain
- SI
- The corpse that I will leave to my family.

Pros SN:
- painless
- Do it away from home (car)

cons SN:
- Will antipsychotics work to prevent vomiting?

- What if the SN doesn't really work in my body?

- some little chance of being found

… those are my two preferred methods as well, but am also scared as hell.

Two corrections. SI is not an issue with complete and SN is not painless. In fact, SN is more prolonged and uncomfortable than any form of hanging, especially full. Plus it can't be done impulsively, it's overly complicated and has a lower chance of success than full.

Full suspension shouldn't be painful and SN is somehow painful according to reports. Especially Mona's documentation :(

What is the discomfort like?

It's not pain like being burnt or anything. It's just a little uncomfortable and unnerving , but many people enjoy that feeling sexually, so..
