Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I plan to CTB this June before the 11th. My options will be limited as I'll be travelling around this time however.

I have been wondering about the better method, "better" in this case meaning the chances of it killing me. Jumping or partial hanging?

* The place I want to jump off from is the 13th floor of my building. I don't see where else I could follow through in Paris (France). Would that be high enough?

Both methods are quite reliable. In the event of a fall, everything depends on which part of the body takes the brunt of the impact; if the impact is on the legs or pelvis, there is a certain chance of survival provided timely medical assistance is available. I think you also understand: you should avoid wires, ledges, people, bushes, trees, and cars, and the landing surface should be firm. In the case of partial hanging, everything is highly individual: the pressure may be insufficient, your position may change during convulsions, and loss of consciousness may not occur immediately. Most importantly: is there a chance that you will be found during this process? In this case, it's better to review the special topic in the section, but statistically, both methods are quite reliable and lethal. If you want to get more creative, you'll need a sturdy rope 25–35 meters long and a secure anchor point on the roof; one end is tied securely to the anchor, and the other is wrapped around the neck—preferably several times. The speed of a fall from the 13th floor is approximately 90–95 km/h, which is a fairly reliable method of decapitation. In the past, such cases were common; sometimes a car was used instead of jumping, although for some reason such cases have not appeared in "news" gore videos in recent years. Good luck.
