Best way to be on air during hanging?

Kicking the little stool while I'm standing on it is scary. I can used a high chair and can pull myself a little up by holding the Ligature point and kick the chair and then release my hands but I worry the fall of the chair might create a big noise as its a little heavy. There is a car nearby so I can swing from it but I think I will feel more pain from the initial swinging.

What do you think is the best from those 3 options?
