Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I was wondering if anyone has painkillers they'd use in ctb? Like, I can technically ask my doctor for almost any medication as long as I can link it to muscle pain or migraines, joins/bones and (maybe) smth related to the heart issues and maybe sleep problems, already have Prozac and Wellbutrin but I don't think they'll do shit
Was planning to do partial hanging, but I want smth that would cause me not to feel as much pain
Any thoughts?

Medication overdose is not recommended (not reliable, too risky to end up in hospital)

Most painkillers won't work. Only the strongest (morphine and certain derivatives such as fentanyl and heroin), combined with alcohol and z-drugs, have a chance to kill. You almost certainly won't get any painkillers strong enough to do the job from a regular doctor.
