Should the benzos be taken with the sn or before? Bc if they're taken before one can fall asleep before taking the sn, but if taken with the sn one can vomit it out.

In my opinion, you should take it 30-60 minutes before SN. Make sure to test benzos before so you'll know how much you can handle without falling asleep.Upvote 0Similar threads
