Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

really at a loss here and i don't think i can go another day with the insomnia and chronic fatigue ive been having. i feel like im in a metaphorical straightjacket being forced to live when every second is horrible.

how viable is it to ctb via a full bathtub, like, dunking the head in and holding breath? if anything i'm okay with the threat of SI kicking in and making that decision in the moment rather than spending my last moments in regret and pain.

Not very viable.

If you think you can just hold your breath until you pass out, you don't even need the bathtub - a plastic bag over your head would do the same thing.

Realistically though, this is almost impossible to pull off. No matter how much you want to CTB, panic WILL set in as your body's natural physiological response (ie., CO2 buildup), and you will tear the bag off your head or lift your head out of the water.

Try holding your breath for as long as you can - that urge will force you to get access to fresh air.

The golden rule applies here, as there are no quick and easy ways to CTB.

You can only choose 2 of the following:

Painless
Fast
Reliable

If it's painless and fast, it's not going to be reliable ( example drug OD)

If it's painless and reliable, it's not going to be something that is easily accessible (such as Nembutal)

If it's fast and reliable, it's most likely not going to be painless (example hanging, drowning)

EDIT: there are certainly caveats to everything, but the above is a good rule to follow
