Help Ativan with SN

Benzos are recommended to take crushed mixed with water in the PPH, but I don't have access to the ones mentioned, just ativan.
Do you think 40mg ativan would increase the chance of vomiting?
Does taking benzos after sn actually do anything since they aren't for pain or nausea?
I've seen reports of ctb with sn and no benzos at all so I'm curious if I should even bother or keep them in my stash should I fail to ctb with sn.

You can use any type benzos you want. The benzos are for anxiety and to help with relaxation while the SN goes to work. Many have gone without too. Benzos don't typically cause nausea unless someone took a huge amount in most people.
