Imo, i think it's past school age. Usually after high school people stop giving a fuck. What's your opinion?

I think 22–25 years old, and then nobody is interested anymore — well, that's based on what I see in Ukrainian media

I live in the US and in my state they hardly ever report any suicides in the news, probably for fear of copycats. But if they do, there is usually an unusual circumstance involved, and they don't release the name of the person.
