I don't speak Gaelic, it's not on the curriculum in most schools apart from the Highlands and islands I think. We are taught French however, as you never know when you will encounter a French person wandering around Glasgow in need of a croissant or frog's legs.

There is also Irish Gaelic, and I know this saying which is fairly easy to pronounce.
"Pogue Mahone" you'll notice it's where the Pogues got their name.
You might want to Google it though before using it.
