I'm thinking it might be easier to leave a voice memo, mostly because I feel that writing a note(s) is so much more pressure.

No, I won't be leaving a note. Before my last (obviously) failed attempt I had planned to record a short video and schedule it to send a few days after.

I set up my phone, started the video, and realized I didn't have anything to say lol.

No, because people around me already know that I've had thoughts of ctb and why. They'll definitely not be happy with it, but I think they'll understand somewhat.

No need. Either they will know immediately why I did it, or they will never understand. One note will not change that. I don't really care either. I've got nothing left to say. I've got nothing left to do. I do not care about people. They are unimportant.

i've frankly written so many different notes over the years and still can't find the right words to articulate the near constant agony i've been in for years. i've also just kinda gotten to the point where my relationships with people have deteriorated so much that i don't think leaving a note will be useful or worth my time at all. this has been a long time coming and i honestly feel like its going to end up being for the best for the people in my life when i finally go through with it. if they can't get the gist from the remnants of notes prior i've left behind, then to be honest that's a them issue and i don't feel like anyone is owed the effort it would take for me to write a proper "note".
