I didn't vote because I don't practice a religion but I do personally believe in God. I dont go to church and haven't for decades. I was raised Baptist but I have a lot of issues with all organized religion.

I didn't read the last option before I voted cos I'm dumb, but I'm probably closer to that. I had a strong atheist phase at 18, arguing with creationists in youtube comments, which in retrospect was sad, but also very entertaining. I came from a religious school, mass at least 2 times a week, religious family, religious values, iconography and pushy ideas. So yeah only normal some people break out of that harshly.
But now I don't think much about it, any joy anyone can extract from this world without hurting others is good in my book regardless. Amen

I don't practice a religion. I lean towards atheism but, I'm not convinced either way on whether there is or isn't a God.

I'm not entirely sure what I believe in, but I would say I lean more toward Christianity, just a tiny bit. I chose the third option because I still go to church for the sense of community and the warmth it brings.

No, not at all and I believe anything to do with religion to be completely fictional and I don't see any meaning or purpose behind any of this rather I see existence as a dreadful, terrible mistake that just brings and causes so much suffering and cruelty until non-existence takes away all anyway. For me non-existence really is all that's desirable and I see it as the most terrible tragedy how this existence was even imposed that just causes pain and problems there were never a need for and suffering all for the sake of it with no limit as to how much one can be tortured, existence truly is the problem for me.

FWIW I'm also a Christian who deals with suicidal ideation. I agree that there's a pretty strong tension between faith and these feelings. ("If God made me and loves me, why do I feel like this?") I don't really know what to do with this tension, but I guess that's part of the reason I'm here.

I was once. I worshipped, went to church regularly as well as reading scripture. It was a non-denominational church. They read scriptures and talked about it as it was written. Some things happened with the church and in my life to change all that. "God never gives us more than we can handle." I used to hear that a lot. I couldn't then and still can't. I can't handle any of what life has thrown at me and therefore god doesn't care or doesn't exist.

I grew up being indoctrinated into religion. I don't like what any religion preaches. (Besides wicca though not fully)
Believing that some dude in the sky is gonna come down and save people who have blindly dedicated their lives to it is a really shitry example of an "all loving god"
No religion or symbol of love should deny love and have wars set in its name.
Religion may have served a cultural impact before where humans where mostly uncivilized but nowadays it's not needed and frankly is holding humanity back.

I don't believe in any religion nor in the afterlife. Though it would be cool if you could choose where to go in the afterlife. I'd go to equestria (laugh all you want) or speak to some people that are dead.

All I know is that I believe in God, but I don't do anything past trying to communicate every now and then via prayer whenever I'm feeling like a disease is consuming me. I don't go to church and I don't interact with religious people. That's about it.
