Apologies another question. I'm considering Sn Nembutal or hanging.

Reports say that death from Sn should come after 40mins.

People say you need to not be found for 6 hours. Does that mean you are still retrievable for 6 hours? I don't understand how from hanging you are unretrievable after an hour and it is effectively the same way of dieing. In terms of lack of oxygen to the brain.

Thanks

I doubt this is the full answer but there are antidotes to SN (vitamin C being one of them). It's not as direct a route to oxygen deprivation as hanging is.

I suspect I've already said something stupid so I shall shut up.

Yes I think you're right. Seems strange how you can come back after so long. Possibly because blood is still circulating

I believe its because the blood is still circulating and the low oxygen saturations are affecting your entire body, rather than just concentrating around your head/brain, as per hanging.

When my youngest son was born he had a heart and lung condition. We didn't find out until 6hrs later. He'd been oxygen deprived the entire time. He needed 5wks in NICU, but is nearly 6 months old now with no physical/developmental problems as of yet.
