Last min SN questions

Hey y'all!! CO in a tent has been my method since I found SaSu. However, I really don't have the energy to set this up again. I have had back up SN, and am going this route.

I know all of the information is here, however, I work. A lot. I don't have the time rn.

1) I'm going stans 48 hour regiment. Do I also fast for two days? Or when does fasting start? Can I drink water while I fast?

2) the big debate.. antacid or no antacid. Essentially the antacid can cause more SN to be absorbed but cause you to pass out slower, yeah? Any other risks? Milk of magnesium how I'm leaving

3) when do I take Xanax? An hour before drinking SN or crush it up and let it dissolve in my SN?

4) can someone link me to a thread that shows how to make the SN drink? Water and dissolving and all.

No, you do not have to fast for two days.
In my opinion, fasting for such a long time is a mistake.
Sometimes more is not better.
8 hours is the standard minimum, but I believe that in some cases it may not be enough.
I intend to fast for a maximum of 20 hours.
Water obvious only a few hours.

2.
I understand the controversy surrounding this topic.
In this case, I simply chose a simple solution to this problem.
The antacid is not essential, so I don't want to take the chance that the effect could be negative.
You can succeed without antacid without any problem, so the potential benefits are not worth the potential disadvantages.

3.
I cannot answer clearly.
It depends.
Generally 20-30 minutes before drinking SN, according to the information I found.
A lot depends on your tolerance.
In my opinion, it's worth testing how xanax works for you (if you can, of course).
Just remember that on an empty stomach during fasting the effect will be stronger (probably)

10 ml is enough water, room temperature is fine. More water means more time savoring the saltiness of the SN, I'm curious how salty... I won't be able to measure the water, I'll add a little and see if it dissolves, you can always add more. I imagine it as a shot, in one gulp.

This will not work. 10 ml. of water will not be near enough to make a SN solution.That is less water than SN. As per the guidelines they are 50 ml to 100 ml of ordinary tap water. 50 ml is approx. a quarter of a cup. You can go from there.

I must have been wrong, I've read so many messages about SN that I don't even remember that type of data anymore... it will be impossible for me to measure, as I said, now I'm wondering if the airbnb will have 3 cups... if it doesn't have the 3 to make several doses I'm really screwed, I don't know the town and I'll go at night, no shops are open, I can't take a glass from my house, it would surely break... as we have talked about the fact that it doesn't interact with the plastic, my best option is to buy disposable cups, but they sell them in packs of 50 at least... where am I going with 50 disposable cups for birthday parties? I didn't see this unforeseen event coming...

Exactly. Basically you should try and dissolve it in a small amount of water (50 ml) and if needed, slowly pour more and check if that works. The less water the better. I think 50 ml is less than a quarter of a cup but I guess it depends on the cup :')

You can buy the whole pack of 50 and just throw away the rest of it. Or of course you can replace a cup with many other things, maybe a bowl, a vase or idk the cup for mouth washing. Don't worry, you should be able to figure it out!

Just to clarify. I was speaking that 50 ml. is approx. a 1/4 of a cup. I am speaking in real terms as in a real measuring cup. A simple Google search will give conversions. So it's an actual measurement. Not just fill up any container/cup 1/4 of the way.

It's just that... 50 ml is very little water! It's difficult to calculate it in any container. In my mouthwash cap there are several measurements, including 20 ml, and it's very little. But I can't take the cap with me hahaha

You can use a weighing scale I just tested it an hour back. 1ml of water is 1g apparently.

I too feel it would be too less but thing is if you drink too slowly you will pass out before finishing the drink. I will just add more or less if I have to as long as I can finish the thing quickly

True, I will bring a scale of up to 500g to measure the SN. As I was thinking of using a glass or ceramic cup, whatever the Airbnb has, I thought it would be too heavy and it would be impossible to weigh the water... great idea! thanks!

You can panic and call for help. You can vomit and not have lethal dose ingested in your bloodstream. If it's not pure enough it will make you suffer and not die.
