Discussion Anything that you wish you could live to see?

I'm a collector of many things. I'd love to live to see my collections to full completion, but that is expensive and improbable. I also wanted to adopt a child, but I doubt it will ever be achieved. I am a burden to my family currently.

Humanity becoming a multi planetary specie.. All the nations united under the single flag, with a single goal, everyone together in peace and solidarity with each other, spreading throughout the galaxy, but not as violent colonisers of the past, rather as organic part of the bigger picture, integrating into new worlds.
I wish i was there to witness the last human disease eradicated, lust and greed defeated, unity prevail.. I believe in humankind, i believe through all the suffering or specie will get hold of itself some day.... But it will be so so far from now.. For us it might as well never happen... We are doomed to live right here, in this boiling pile of garbage where everyone is at each other throat.
