• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

so, hear me out. with this question, I'm not meaning cbt. well, it also could be a good way to practice but that's not the main point. maybe it could count like a kind of self harm.
you see, I've been self harming for almost eleven years now and my body is ruined. so, I'm thinking about making myself pass out when I have an anxiety attack.
I discovered this practicing the tourniquet. the first time, I almost passed out just using my hands pressing my artery but now I can't for some reason. not pressing above my Adam's apple and neither below. first time that almost worked (I stopped it) it really relaxed me. I ve been trying the last two nights but nothing.
any tips?
