Anyone know what medicine to take a hour before drinking N . Meto? or something else so you dont throw up all the N .

Assuming your reason for taking N is the same as everyone elses, why on earth would you want to take something that would make you vomit instead of preventing vomiting?
I've read some people have managed to get away with throwing up SN with little to no consequences on their body. But I'm pretty sure something stronger like N is going to cause some damage to your body if you unfortunately manage to vomit it up before it takes full effect on your body.
You want an antiemetic to help prevent vomiting. Meto isn't an antiemetic (Edit: I got this wrong sorry, it is an antiemetic), but I don't know if taking Meto before N or SN helps with CTBing or not.

Meto or ondansetron or domperidone should work
Meto is an antiemetic! It definitely helps with N and SN. It also speeds up digestion

Oh my bad, from what I've read I thought it was heart medication Metoprolol. Unless if I'm getting Meto confused with something else.

There's also another heart medication similar in name to metoprolol that gets mentioned here often. It's called propranolol so if you're already familiar with metoprolol it's easy to see how the three med names could get jumbled in your mind/memory. I do it a lot with some opioids I was researching as they have such similar or overlapping names.
