Discussion Anyone from Romania open to discuss different available methods?

Hello. I've been circling this website for a while and I've sort of decided on a few methods for CTB, so I made an account and was wondering if there is any other person ~still~ around here from Romania, because I really wish to discuss (probably better in PMs) the availability of these methods and maybe even the legislation that applies if trying to obtain certain stuff. I also want to know about other people's experiences from my country, because I suppose there might be things related to methods or consequences that I didn't think about yet.
