Hi all, i'm from delhi. In advance- do not wish to meet up with anyone or commit a double ctb.

Could someone please advice- is there any tall building or height i can get access to easil? Minimum around 12 stories. And i do not wish to traumatise anyone- is there any isolated / area with less people i can choose?

Would appreciate any and all help.
