Anyone from Cyprus know of any cbt methods here?

Hi, I'm english but have live din Cyprus since I was little. I go back to England in about a year but want to be gone by then and before all the plans are fully in motion.

I know very little about CBT compared to most where, I just know the regular person amount. do please speficy what you mean if you use unusual words.

I am on white a few medications for me talk health and pain. but none that I could overdose on. I never got to properly grow up so never tried drugs or anything so I have no way of knowing how to even begin to CBT that way but it seems interesting to me? I do not know if they have fent or opioids here, I do not know if they would let a non Greek speaker anywhere near them.

I also know none of outer buildings are y'all enough. which sucks, as that would be another way I would like to go. I'm live in Paphos but I don't think I could make an excuse to do up a tell building in a different city. it's all so confusing. I just wish I could be done with it.


so, of my rambles make any sense, does anyone have any tips? you don't have to be ik Cyprus but I heard it's hard I'm England so wondered if better here. likeaubr I could apply for hunting and q gun? but I don't think they would let me. anyway. I appreciate any advice I justay reply late.
