I'm so with you on that. I liken myself to a gutted fish. I look like one on the outside but all the guts have been scooped out leaving chasm inside.

Honestly yes. Could be the meds I'm in but life in general feels really hard to be looking forward for things or just motivate myself to do basic things.

Same here. I used to have hypomanic episodes that felt so good. I haven't had one in many years.
