Anyone else with ocd desire sex but not actually enjoy it because bodies are pretty gross beneath the attractive exterior?

I'm asexual so I don't desire sex (I however wouldn't mind a kiss and a hug or two) but yeah bodies are pretty gross and another element that makes me wanna leave this awful plane of existence.
