therapist says i have dysthymia.

consistent mild depression. which i midly think is bullshit and mayeb it it just hormones and im making a mountain out of a molehill. and i hate myself..yada yada. or maybe this is the right diagnosis. i just feel like i have these moments of manic happiness right before i feel like never getting out of my bed again.(i mean dont tell anyone but i havent showered in the last week since i crashed out). i feel like my therapist is just (rightly) tired of my juvenile worries and this is just what fits. i hate myself. and am thinking of quiting therapy cuz despite the self hatred i was doing pretty good at managing myself and not sh-ing(tall bars here). i also really struggle to actually mention serious issues around my therapist because what if she tells my parents. i wish i could just tell her i sh sometimes and how do i not. but i dont think she can perfectly fix that. kms.

anyways(vent above mb). anyone else have dysthymia, how have you dealt with it? what do i do? im sad(duh).
