I've accepted what ever happens when I'm dead. I'm okay with any outcome - I really don't think about it unless I'm talking about different concepts of the afterlife or lack-there-of out of curiosity of others' thoughts/opinions/just general discussion.

However - I fear the physical pain of death & have experienced some of it. I do not handle physical pain very well, especially internal pain (stomach, period cramps, etc). Even though I suffer from potentially PCOS &/or Endo (these issues run in my family & i experience many if not all of the symptoms, just can't afford the process of being diagnosed) - & you'd think I wouldn't be so afraid of the pain-aspect after dealing with intense physical pain on the regular a but I am. I am absolutely fucking terrified. It's the reason I failed my first attempt - I had to seek help because the pain was so bad I couldn't handle it.

Everyone has hedged their bets on reuniting with family, nothingness, ascending to a higher plane of reality or even reincarnation but for me, it's rather simple, because, from we can see from the natural world, when we die, there doesn't seem to be any conclusive evidence to suggest any part of us lives on to go anywhere else or come into a new body after this one expires through old age, disease, murder etc...

I'm just fine with being dead and that's it, I don't think I'm anymore significant to continue living on in some form or another than i do now.
Hell or any other form of an afterlife is just torturous no matter how well its presented because spending trillions upon trillions of years in a suspended state of existence isn't exactly the best outcome after death.

I don't think there's anything which we won't be able to handle which comes after death. Over 100 billion homosapiens have died so far- if we accept the science view. And all of us will die- and the unborn too.
And, all these religions and religious beliefs are fairly recent compared to the billions of homosapiens who existed and died before the religions and religious beliefs. And before science.
So, if what comes after death is terrible, we will have no option but to put up with it, maybe for the enjoyment of the Gods/God.
Maybe God/Gods get a kick out of suffering. And if that be the case, then there's nothing we can do about it

I became unconscious quickly so I must have hit the sweet spot but I suddenly woke up on the floor with nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness. Now I'm not only suicidal but also sick. I looked into the mirror and my eyes freaked me out because they're dilated now and I feel like a drunk with severe memory loss.

I've seen a lot of videos of people kicking and spasming around when hanging after losing consciousness. Probably how you ended up on floor. Lucky you didn't get brain damage and ended up a vegetable unable to redo it.


How much money you got? Could probably get some heroin then do it.

Yeah. Even though I thought I had a good setup, the partial hanging method still failed. I'll go with full suspension the next time because I don't trust the partial method anymore.

Definitely. With hanging, you'll have to make sure that you hit the sweet spot or else it will take a while to lose consciousness. A shotgun can end everything instantly with one shot if you place it in your mouth and aim for the brainstem.

I'm not religious, but saying that there is nothing after death as if it's a fact, is also wrong.

We simply don't know.

NDes exist and they vary from person to person. Some say that their NDE was peaceful, some say that it was scary, some say that it was nothing. It's different for everyone. And I have a hard time believing that every person who talked about their NDE is just some attention-seeking person.

Interesting fact: "A highly-cited 2018 study provided participants with low doses of the hallucinogenic drug N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) in a controlled setting, then asked them to describe their experience. DMT seemingly floods the human brain at death and causes vivid dreams and NDEs. So if death is some sort of DMT trip we don't come back from, then a afterlife could exist. So what awaits us after death is either what we believe happens (this would explain why NDEs vary from person to person), or nothingness. Even if it turns out to be nothingness, we can't experience that either way, so there is nothing to be concerned about. You would never be able to tell what's going on, it would be like sleeping without ever waking up.

I'll repeat this again, I don't believe in any religion, but these NDEs are real. If someone who is catholic and believes in God, thinks that they'll go to heaven after death, and sees a heaven-like place during their NDE, doesn't this mean that they manifested it? If we go by this fact and use the Law of Attraction here, this means that whatever YOU believe happens after death, will happen to YOU. You believe in nothingness? Then you'll end up in a black void. You believe in God? Then you'll end up in heaven. You believe in Narnia or whatever fictional place you want to be in? You'll end up there. That's the only logical way I can think of how all of this works.

Logically I know that most likely there's nothing after death but it still freaks me out. I can't believe it's gotten to this point.

I already went into this point before. Nobody knows. We know that the brain releases large amounts of DMT at the moment of your death and that the effects of DMT are shown to be similiar to Near Death Experiences. So if you blow your brain out with a shotgun, nobody can tell what would happen then, except death. I'm assuming that would result in that person ending up in a black void of nothingness, like before birth, until they're eventually reborn again after hundreds, thousands, or even millions of years.

Near Death Experiences aren't the same for every person. One person went through a tunnel and ended up in a place where they felt loved, the other person reunited with their loved ones, another person ended up in a black void and felt nothing, and then there's another person who like you described, was able to go through the walls of their hospital, and be able to hear and tell what happend in another place (which sounds like astral projection)

It's different for everyone. Every NDE is different.

There's not a single DMT trip anywhere near that kind of experience.

DMT trips are also different for everyone. Some meet entities and some don't. Some feel loved, some feel scared. Again, it's not the same for everyone. It's also hard to compare a DMT trip which was caused by a normal dose of DMT, to what death will do to us, where our brain releases a large amount of DMT.

There is no evidence at all that there is any kind of existence after death. So what makes you suppose that there is any such existence? The answer is probably tthat other people have told you that there is. But they have no more evidence than you do, so why believe them?
