ASPD is really really misunderstood, I think a lot of people are too quick to jump to the whole Hollywood psycho stereotype rather than the actual disorder. All of the edgy teens claiming to have it as an excuse to be an asshole don't help either.

A lot of these labels are also just guesses. When you get old enough you meet people who have been diagnosed with several, depending on what dr they have been to.
What can be agreed on is that It's all a combination of genetics, environment and experiences.
Also if it makes you feel any better,, many of the people you see out and about, many who even are happy and perfect, have masks on and go home to be a mess. (to varying degrees) I was one of them for a while.
Doesn't help with stigmas for mental health out there.
