Anyone else have suicide fantasies that differ wildly from their actual plan?

I often fantasize about killing my rapist before ctb or doing it in front of certain people who hurt me. But realistically, I intend to leave this planet peacefully and in private without making a huge scene.

Absolutely. I would never enact those fantasies because I know they would never have the effect IRL that they do in my head. I would just be remembered as a violent and destructive person.

Smart. And good of you to recognize that difference. When we are at the end of ourselves, keeping that in mind can be difficult. So awesome on you for keeping it real!

I've thought countless times of jumping off a bridge near where I live, or more wildly, shoot myself while jumping off the interstate overpass.
I couldn't ever do it though.

I don't have a plan per say, but when I'm ready I'll figure it out.

I want to go on a long cruise, get awfully drunk and drugged, then jump off as the sun rises. Unattainable.
I want to die in my mom's arms. Also unattainable.
