Discussion Anyone else get kinda sad thinking about all the shows they'll never got to watch?

All the shows you never watched and all the shows you never got to watch. I'm already going to ctb one day, but sometimes I'll think "dang, I never got to see this show or that show." Tv shows aren't the reason why I'm still living, it's just I'll get sad thinking about all the shows I never watched sometimes. Tv shows are trivial compared to the other important things in life, like tv shows aren't the reason I'm still alive is what I'm trying to say. It also makes me cringe like nothing in this life had any meaning to me expect maybe some random anime or cartoon. Nothing else is going on and nothing ever happened in life so that's the only thing you can find that mattered. I don't have kids or a a signifcant other or anything else I did, so I got nothing to worry about or find meaning in. I can ctb freely and think "yup, the only thing I ever gave a fuck about was that one show." I never found meaning in anything else so that's the only thing I can gravitate towards: tv shows. If you've never experienced anything or done anything, then there's not much you can find that actually mattered. I know I'm going to ctb in the future, and watching tv shows aren't going to prevent me from ctbing, but it will be one of the few things that actually mattered I guess. I know I'm cringe and pathetic but idc, we're all gonna die anyways. Do you guys ever get sad thinking about all the shows you'll never get to watch because you know you will ctb?

I'm in several fandoms and lately I've been thinking of all the other fans who didn't make it to the ending or latest season of any show.

I have so many series, books, movies, and anime I'm interested in consumibg, but I simply don't have the time or it would take too much time to finish all of them.

I'm sad I won't get to know what the One Piece is. I've been watching and reading OP for so long, but it is still years from ending

Yes, I do. I feel the same with Music...

Using the largest Music Streaming platform in the world, as an example:

100 million tracks, 7 million podcast titles, and 700,000 audiobooks on Spotify ​

were between 2:51 and 3:09 minutes.​

If we were to say that every song on Spotify is 2:51 minutes long, it'd take 541 YEARS to hear all of them. With no sleep and listening to all of them only once.

While yes, most songs on Spotify don't match an individual person preference, assuming the individual only actively cares about 0.1% of all total songs, it'd take them 4742 HOURS to listen to all of them once. About the time to Graduate Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree combined or about the time to reach Black Belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I think about live music that i will miss
Im alive and already cant watch the concerts i want cuz i have no money and very strict parents... It hurts more being here and not being able to see my favorite artists live than to be peacefully dead i guess.
but i will miss listening to twenty one pilots and i wonder how their future sound will be like when im not here anymore

Not cringe or pathetic at all. I recently watched every SpongeBob episode ever made, and already saw every Married with Children there ever was. Just enjoy all you want and can, cuz what else is there?? I know I won't be around a few years from now, so gonna do everything I've ever wanted to do, and see everything ive ever wanted to see.. but sadly visiting friends in Russia, I think is out, and won't happen.. but who knows
