any otc medications that work? (desperate)

Literally, anything that can cause death, please let me know, and let the dosage for it (Im 5'3 and 128 pounds ). In the area I live, and my living situation, I cant get my hands on SN, or use any physical methods to CTB. This is my only option atm. Please let me know, or any other easier methods. Im so tired.

I'm sorry, otc meds are available otc for a reason :( So even though it's not impossible, it's just incredibly unreliable and can cause you huge problems instead of helping you erase them.
