Any chance that DXM could take me out?

I know it's listed as a non-method, but there's been at least one indecent of someone being sent into a lethal coma by taking too much DXM, and I knew someone who went into a coma after taking the stuff. I'm planning on taking the 60mg extended release stuff from Kroger, as it's taken in tablet form and dosent cause much nausea. I'm also open to suggestions on ways that I could take myself out while on a large dose of DXM.

Edit: I also live near train tracks. I'm considering just heading for the tracks while I'm super fucked up and letting the train take me.

Yeah.... DXM isn't the way to go tbh. I liken it to paracetamol. It could potentially kill you, but it's not a pleasant death, and will probably put you in a psych ward.

Former DXM user here. Unless you have severe underlying health issues the chances of DXM taking you out are EXTREMELY low. A little higher, if it's the stuff mixed with acetaminophen, but as has been talked about here a million times, acetaminophen overdoses are particularly slow, agonizing, and horrific. HIGHLY do not recommend this.

Plus, if you somehow did get to an absolutely insanely high dose (I'm talking well over a GRAM), you body WILL throw up a lot of it. DXM is notorious for inducing vomiting on the come-up.
