Antipsychotics made me want to die 10x more. I was taking Zyprexa for 6 months and thought about killing myself 24/7. Now that i'm off it i'm still suicidal but way less. So in a way they do decrease SI by amplifying your existing Suicidality.

Not all antipsychotics make SI worse (or better). Depends on the medication and on how your body metabolizes them!
