I have through all the decades have had the same feelings on occasion be it personal or in the business world.
I have learned through trial and error to do my best to LIG (let it go) as much as possible, as caring the feelings and the ulcers in my stomach around was like having rocks in a backpack that I would have been carrying. Useless.
