First thoughts on this as an anchor point? Obviously I will need to test (my date is several months away). But curious if a quick glance gives the community any sense of whether this is a good set up.
That looks like it'll probably work but you should still test it out ahead of time.
Tie your rope to your anchor point, grab onto the loose end of the rope, hoist yourself into the air, and swing/shake around a little bit. If it feels like your anchor point is unstable (e.g. it bends or deforms, or it creaks in an overly concerning way) while you're swinging, then you shouldn't use that anchor point. But if everything feels sturdy while you're swinging, then congrats! You have an anchor point that works for you.
